The dolphin style technique and monoplane diving improvement workshop is aimed at beginner freedivers and those who would like to learn or improve their technique, both in the DYN and CWT disciplines.<\/p>\n\n

The workshop is aimed at improving the precision and efficiency of dolphin movement, strengthening the muscle parts involved, integrating technique, water feeling, relaxation, position and pressure equalization. <\/p>\n\n
The class includes 2 sessions: <\/p>\n\n
Tuesday and Thursday: the shallow part, where we will work on movement precision, and the deep dives, where we will integrate technique, water feeling, relaxation, position and pressure equalization.<\/p>\n\n
WHAT EQUIPMENT?<\/p>\n\n
Short swimming fins or your own mono fins, if you have them, are welcome. During the course, participants will have the opportunity to test Cetma Composites monoplanes.
