Do you want to extend the dive time and enjoy the beautiful views as long as possible during the dive, but quickly “drink” the cylinder? Eager to learn what behaviors cause “wasted air” and how to avoid them? If so, this workshop is for you!

OWD\/Indoor) and want to dive longer and use air more efficiently\ud83e\udee7 You want to refresh your breathing and movement technique underwater\ud83e\udee7 You dream of diving more consciously – every breath is a precious moment of exploration\ud83e\udee7 You value a relaxed pace and full focus on your needs

\r\nWhat we offer\ud83e\udee7 Introduction to air saving techniques – how to breathe more calmly and efficiently\ud83e\udee7 Discussion of the most common mistakes that increase air consumption and how to avoid them\ud83e\udee7 Exercises in the water. You will work on breathing rhythm, buoyancy control and economical movement\ud83e\udee7 Analysis of underwater behavior. You will learn how to reduce tension and air consumption without losing comfort\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included. A complete set of equipment is provided by us\ud83e\udee7 Possibility to rent a Garmin dive computer – 45 PLN\/dive. If you have your computer, you can dive with it or exchange it for a dive to test the Garmin computer for free. This is a must-have for every diver\ud83e\udee7 Intimate groups or individual classes. The pace will always be adjusted to you

\r\nThe workshop is conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – which gives you the confidence that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
