Solid knowledge and a safe start – sign up for the Freediver course and get your first certificate. \r\n

Do you dream of going deeper and feeling full freedom underwater?
The Freediver course is your chance to reach depths of up to 20 meters in the safe, controlled conditions of the deepest pool in Europe. Over the course of two days, under the guidance of experienced instructors, you will learn advanced breathing techniques, pressure equalization work and full relaxation before taking the plunge. You will build confidence, improve body control and step by step prepare for deeper dives.\r\n

\r\nTake the plunge especially if:
\ud83e\udee7 You have no diving experience or have completed introductory classes
\ud83e\udee7 You want to safely develop your skills and prepare for the next stages of training,
\ud83e\udee7 You dream of diving independently (without an instructor, assisted by Buddha) at depths of up to 20 meters.

\r\nWhat we offer
\ud83e\udee7 Two-day theoretical and practical training in controlled Deepspot conditions,
\ud83e\udee7 Classes on breathing techniques, pressure equalization and conscious relaxation before submerging,
\ud83e\udee7 Exercises in the water. Building depth safely step by step,
\ud83e\udee7 Learning how to work on buoyancy and correct underwater position,
\ud83e\udee7 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before attending the class
\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included in the price. All necessary equipment is provided by us
\ud83e\udee7 Intimate groups or individual classes. We will always adjust the pace to you

\r\nThe courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 3 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
