The Free Immersion course is a specialized training that allows you to descend deeper without the use of fins – only with the help of hands and a rope. It’s an ideal way to perfect pressure equalization, technique and body control. Precision, calmness and focus – everything you need to dive deeper and more consciously.

\r\nTake the plunge especially if:
\ud83e\udee7 You have completed a min. SSI Pool Freediver or equivalent from another organization
\ud83e\udee7 You want to perfect your pressure equalization technique under controlled conditions
\ud83e\udee7 You plan to dive deeper and want to perfect your form
\ud83e\udee7 You are preparing for open water training trips
\ud83e\udee7 You dream of a calm, smooth and conscious dive

\ud83e\udee7 Several hours of theoretical and practical training in the unique conditions of Deepspot
\ud83e\udee7 Exercises on effective movement along the rope without fins. Practice of calm immersion
\ud83e\udee7 Work on equalizing pressure and eliminating unnecessary tensions in the body
\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us
