However, if you are actively diving after the Indoor course &#8211; participating in recreational diving or advancing in specialty courses (such as Dry Suit) &#8211; you do not need to participate in the Refresh. You will put it on in the water. Then, under the instructor&#8217;s supervision, you will perform basic diving exercises that will increase your comfort and safety.
