Do you want to feel confident underwater and know how to react in emergency situations?
The Stress & Rescue course is a training course that develops skills, builds awareness and teaches responsible diving. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will learn to recognize stress in yourself and others, practice rescue scenarios and effectively help a partner in need. This is a course for certified divers who want to increase their safety, security and preparedness in any situation. <\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Description of attractions<\/h2>

The Stress & Rescue Diver course is designed for divers certified at least at the Advanced Open Water Diver level who want to improve their skills, confidence, and sense of responsibility underwater. The training prepares participants to respond effectively in stressful and emergency situations and develops teamwork skills.We offer this course during the spring and summer months, from May through September.

\r\nWhat we offer.\ud83e\udee7 Three-day theoretical and practical training in controlled Deepspot and open water (Honoratka)\ud83e\udee7 Theory on prevention, recognition and management of diving stress\ud83e\udee7 Practical exercises on accident response, rescue and evacuation\ud83e\udee7 Simulations of real-life scenarios in the water – both on the surface and underwater\ud83e\udee7 Teamwork and developing crisis communication skills\ud83e\udee7 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before the class\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us\ud83e\udee7 Intimate groups. We will always adjust the pace to you

\r\nThe courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
