\r\nWhat we offer\ud83e\udee7 Two-day theoretical and practical training in the unique conditions of Deepspot \ud83e\udee7 Learning to move safely and effectively in a monoplane and mermaid tail\ud83e\udee7 Learning to control buoyancy and move effectively in changing conditions\ud83e\udee7 Exercises in the water. Building depth safely step by step\ud83e\udee7 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before attending the class\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us\ud83e\udee7 Intimate groups or individual classes. We will always adjust the pace to you

\r\nThe courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
