If you are certified as a Freediver and want to go deeper – literally and figuratively – the Advanced Freediver course is the next step in your diving adventure.

Under the guidance of an instructor, you will master precise pressure equalization, deep relaxation, conscious dives and safely dive up to 30 meters. At the end, you will receive an international Advanced Freediver certificate – and a powerful boost of satisfaction. <\/p> <\/div>\r\n <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

Do you want to go one step further and cross the 20-meter mark?
The Advanced Freediver course will allow you to develop the skills you have previously acquired and take your freediving to the next level – physically and mentally. You will gain new tools, more confidence and qualifications.

\r\nTake the plunge especially if:
\ud83e\udee7 You want to grow in freediving and go deeper
\ud83e\udee7 You want to develop your skills safely and prepare for the next stages of training
\ud83e\udee7 You dream of diving independently (without an instructor, assisted by Buddha) at depths of up to 30 meters.

\r\nWhat do we offer?
\ud83e\udee7 Three-day theoretical and practical training in controlled Deepspot conditions
\ud83e\udee7 Learning advanced breathing, relaxation and pressure equalization techniques
\ud83e\udee7 Water exercises with an instructor. Building depth to 30m step by step
\ud83e\udee7 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before taking the class
\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us
\ud83e\udee7 Intimate groups or individual classes. We will always adjust the pace to you

\r\nThe courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
