First step to technical diving<\/h2>

The XR Foundations course is the first step to technical diving. You’ll learn perfect buoyancy, trim and teamwork, and master twinset and\/or sidemount configurations. It’s a solid base for further XR training, but also a great choice for recreational divers who want to improve their skills and dive like a pro.

Description of attractions<\/h2>

XR Foundations is a training course aimed at certified divers who want to improve their skills and learn the technical basics of twinset or sidemount diving.
The course takes place in a safe Deepspot environment and focuses on developing key competencies such as trim, buoyancy, communication and equipment configuration.

\r\nWhat we offer
\ud83e\udee7 Theoretical training in technical setup (twinset, sidemount, long hoses, gas redundancy)
\ud83e\udee7 Practical exercises in trim, buoyancy, teamwork and communication in the XR environment
\ud83e\udee7 Working in technical setup with full equipment
\ud83e\udee7 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before the class
\ud83e\udee7 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us
\ud83e\udee7 Intimate groups. We will always adjust the pace to you

\r\nThe courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.

\r\nUpon completion of the course, you will receive the SSI XR Foundations International Certificate, which confirms mastery of key technical skills and prepares you for further XR training.

\r\nRequirements:
In accordance with the standards: for all XR programs, each student must complete a swim fitness assessment that includes:
\ud83e\udee7 Swimming with additional equipment
\ud83e\udee7 Swimming 400 meters on the surface in a Full Dive System and with the stage cylinder(s) appropriate for the program.
\ud83e\udee7 Swimming Underwater in one of two options: swimming 25 meters underwater using a mask and fins or swimming 15 meters horizontally without breathing at a constant depth in a Full Diving System and with stage cylinder(s) appropriate to the program.
Notes: Underwater movement must be carried out in a pool\/restricted body of water, must be performed using a horizontal reference line, breathing machine must remain in the mouth at all times, responsible instructor must directly supervise the student and be prepared to provide assistance if needed
\ud83e\udee7 Diver rescue: perform a full rescue with an unconscious diver on the surface for a total of 100 meters in eight (8) minutes. Both participants must wear a Full Diving System.
