Here we have both textbooks published by specific diving organizations, textbooks for specific diving degrees, and we have general diving books that are designed to teach diving from basic to more advanced levels. We have strictly scientific studies, very often in the field of diving physiology or marine biology, and we have books such reportage-memoirs stories of diving explorations, stories of experienced divers, to all of which are added purely sensationalist books that have elements of diving in their content. Such elements have the book &#8220;Jaws&#8221; on which the film created was a huge sensation in theaters in the 1970s and caused a slight dip in the diving market.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Organization manuals:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Such as PADI or other organizations&#8217; manuals for specific type courses:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>OWD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>AOWD<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rescue<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Diemaster<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Dive manuals for divers from basic to advanced levels<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>For example, the famous &#8220;Dive,&#8221; written by Zieleniec with co.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Beginner&#8217;s Handbook<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Such as the much-talked-about &#8220;Learning to Dive on the Weekend&#8221; or &#8220;ScubaDiving and Snorkeling for Dummies.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Research papers<\/strong>:<\/h2>\n\n<p>The bible of diving physiology and medicine &#8211; constantly updated &#8211; &#8220;Physiology and Medicine for Diving&#8221;.<br\/>Outline of Hyperbaric Medicine<br\/>Buhlmann&#8217;s classic &#8220;Decompression&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Popular science studies for divers and atlases<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Popular on diving boats atlases of shells, fish or wrecks &#8211; &#8220;Shells&#8221; , &#8220;Wrecks&#8221;, &#8220;Fish of Polish waters&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Reportage literature about diving expeditions and famous divers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Assault to the sea depths beginnings of Jacques Cousteau&#8217;s team<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Sensation books with diving elements<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>The filmed cult classic &#8220;Jaws&#8221; or the dive-based sensation by the same author &#8220;The Deep.&#8221;<\/p>\n\n<p>Here we will try to give a bibliography of diving books published in Poland and in the following texts we will describe these manuals or books in a little more detail.<\/p>\n\n<p>Bass F.
