No. This program is specifically for people who have never dived before. The instructor will guide you through everything step by step.

The First Scuba Dive experience is available to adults and children ages 8 and up.

If the diver is a minor, the parent or guardian of the diver must sign the statements, thereby giving permission for the minor to dive.

Documents and statements can be filled out before arrival, thus a parent or guardian does not need to be present during the dive.

“First Dive” is a standard small-group course (for ages 10 and up). “First Dive for Kids Ages 8–9” is tailored for the youngest participants. “First Dive 1:1” consists of one-on-one sessions—one instructor per participant—to ensure maximum attention and allow you to learn at your own pace.

No, it is not necessary.

Yes. Diving takes place in controlled, comfortable conditions, in small groups—a maximum of 4 people per instructor. We use modern, regularly maintained equipment, and the sessions are led by an experienced, international team of instructors.

If you are in good health, you most likely won’t need a doctor’s approval; however, before your first dive, you’ll need to fill out a diving medical form.
If you select “YES” in any of the fields, we will need a doctor’s approval.

Under the guidance of an experienced instructor, you’ll learn breathing techniques, relaxation methods, and safety rules, and then dive to a depth of up to 5 meters. It’s a gateway to a world of silence, mindfulness, and harmony with the water—perfect for trying it out before deciding to take the full course.

In freediving, you dive on a single breath, without scuba gear. The key here is learning to breathe consciously and relax. You dive to a depth of 5 meters, and we focus on staying calm and using proper technique.

These are shorter refresher courses and events—such as workshops on reducing air consumption, the breaststroke, wing diving, or preparing for a diving trip, as well as the regular “Deepspot Dives.” A great way to brush up on your skills between courses.

The price includes SSI training materials, use of the necessary equipment during classes, and a certificate upon completion of the course. This means you don’t have to buy anything extra to get started.

Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, you’ll receive an international SSI certificate that’s recognized worldwide. The certificate is valid indefinitely—once you’ve earned your certification, it’s yours for life.

“Indoor” certifications allow you to dive in pool environments, such as Deepspot. If you want to dive in open water around the world, choose the Open Water course—and if you already have an Indoor certification, you can upgrade it through upgrade courses (e.g., from Indoor Diver to Open Water Diver).

In scuba diving, you breathe underwater using a regulator, and you wear a jacket with a tank. In freediving, you dive on a single breath, and the key is breathing techniques, relaxation, and working with your own body. It’s a completely different, more “calming” approach to the water.

The best place to start is the Freediver course—the first freediving certification, where you’ll dive to 20 meters and learn conscious relaxation and the basics of the technique. If you just want to get a taste of the sport, snorkeling is a good place to start. We offer Freediver courses in Polish and English.

After completing the Freediver course, you can move on to Advanced Freediver and then Performance Freediver. Each level involves deeper dives and greater control underwater.

In accordance with your certification. The Deepspot pool is 45.4 m deep, but the maximum depth of your dive is determined by your certification.

75 minutes of access to the pool area, counted from the moment you enter the pool. Remember to end your dive with a minimum reserve of 50 bar—safety is the top priority.

“Entry” refers to an independent dive with your own dive partner (buddy). “Guiding” refers to a dive supervised by a Deepspot instructor. “1:1 Guiding” refers to one-on-one instruction provided exclusively for you.

Yes. Diving is always done with a partner—you can dive with your buddy or be assisted by a Deepspot instructor. The cost of instructor assistance is as listed in the price list; up to 4 divers of different levels and certifications can dive under the supervision of a single instructor.

A complete diving set: mask, snorkel, fins, jacket, tank, and regulator.

Yes, we have jackets in size XXS, vending machines have smaller mouthpieces, bottles are 7 and 5 liter, masks and fins are also smaller in size.

There is 1 cylinder per reservation. At the end of the dive, according to standards, 50 bar should remain in the cylinder.

Yes—a dive computer is a must-have for every diver. If you don’t have your own, you can rent a Garmin dive computer on-site at the front desk. Fees are as listed in the price list.

Yes. You can bring your own mask, snorkel, foot-pocket fins, regulator, or dive computer.
For safety reasons, items such as a tank, jacket, diving boots, wetsuit, or drysuit must be brand new—in this case, please contact us before your visit: [email protected].

Deepspot is located in Mszczonów, 45 km from downtown Warsaw and the same distance from Chopin Airport. The S8 expressway leads to the facility, ensuring easy access by car or taxi. You can easily use popular taxi apps.

Mszczonów is about a 30-minute drive from Warsaw, so it’s easy to combine diving with sightseeing in the capital—the Old Town, Łazienki Park, or the city center.

There are plenty of attractions nearby for a longer stay: The Żyrardów Reservoir with a beach (about 10 km away), the park and palace complex in Radziejowice, which houses Poland’s largest gallery of paintings by Józef Chełmoński, and the Dwórzno vineyard near Mszczonów.
