Freediving – breath-hold diving

Freediving

Freediving is diving on a single breath – without a tank, but with full awareness of your body and breathing. You learn relaxation, breathing techniques, and pressure equalisation, and then discover how deep you can go. For many, the first session also helps them feel a sense of peace that is hard to experience on the surface.

The deepest pool in Europe and water at 32°C make it the perfect place to start and train for years. Classes are held in small groups, with a maximum of 3 people per instructor.
