The Stress & Rescue course is a training course that develops skills, builds awareness and teaches responsible diving. Under the guidance of an instructor, you will learn to recognize stress in yourself and others, practice rescue scenarios and effectively help a partner in need. This is a course for certified divers who want to increase their safety, security and preparedness in any situation.

What does the course include?
🌊 Three days of theoretical and practical training in controlled in Deepspot and open water (Honoratka)
🌊 Theory on prevention, recognition and management of diving stress
🌊 Practical exercises in accident response, rescue and evacuation
🌊 Simulations of real scenarios in the water – both on the surface and underwater
🌊 Teamwork and development of crisis communication skills
🌊 Training materials provided on the SSI organization’s website
🌊 Full diving equipment included in the course price

Upon completion of the course, you will receive an international Diver Stress & Rescue certificate from the SSI organization.
