The MONOFIN course is designed for people with basic freediving certification who want to expand their skills with dolphin movement – a technique that engages the whole body and provides a completely new experience. It is a way of moving that is different from the classic scissor movement, more fluid, dynamic and efficient.
It is with the monoplane that all world records in freediving are set, and it has been used in speed disciplines for years. That’s why it’s worth mastering this technique – whether you’re trying it for the first time or already use it naturally.

During the course you will learn the correct execution of the movement, exercises to support its development and work on mobility that allows you to assume the ideal position in the water.

The classes are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – which gives you the confidence that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
