Description of attractions

The Free Immersion course is a specialized training that allows you to descend deeper without the use of fins – only with the help of hands and a rope. It’s an ideal way to perfect pressure equalization, technique and body control. Precision, calmness and focus – everything you need to dive deeper and more consciously.

🫧 You want to perfect your pressure equalization technique under controlled conditions

What we offer
🫧 Several hours of theoretical and practical training in the unique conditions of Deepspot
🫧 Exercises on effective movement along the rope without fins. Practice calm immersion
🫧 Work on pressure equalization and elimination of unnecessary tensions in the body
🫧 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before attending the class
🫧 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us
🫧 Intimate groups or individual classes. We will always adjust the pace to you

The courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
