Underwater immersion in this method lasts as long as the diver can safely hold his breath. Everything is done, of course, under the watchful eye of an instructor, and the whole adventure lasts about 120 minutes. Before a novice diver goes underwater, you must pass a content theoretical training and practice breath holding.
