What we offer
🫧 Two-day theoretical and practical training in the unique conditions of Deepspot
🫧 Learning to move safely and effectively in a monoplane and mermaid tail
🫧 Learning to control buoyancy and move effectively in changing conditions
🫧 Exercises in the water. Building depth safely step by step
🫧 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website. Familiarize yourself with them before attending the class
🫧 Everything you need is included. All necessary equipment is provided by us
🫧 Intimate groups or individual classes. We will always adjust the pace to you

The courses are conducted in small groups – a maximum of 4 people per instructor – so you can be sure that every breath will be calm and every question will be answered.
