If you are certified as a Freediver and want to go deeper – literally and figuratively – the Advanced Freediver course is the next step in your diving adventure.
Under the guidance of an instructor, you will master precise pressure equalization, deep relaxation, conscious dives and safely dive up to 30 meters. At the end, you will receive an international Advanced Freediver certificate – and a powerful boost of satisfaction.

The Advanced Freediver course will allow you to develop the skills you have previously acquired and take your freediving to the next level – physically and mentally. You will gain new tools, more confidence and qualifications.

What does the course include?
🌊 Three-day theoretical and practical training in controlled Deepspot conditions,
🌊 Learning advanced breathing, relaxation and pressure equalization techniques,
🌊 Exercises in the water with an instructor – building depth to 30 m step by step,
🌊 Training materials provided on the SSI organization website
🌊 Freediving equipment included in the price (mask, snorkel, fins).
Prerequisites:
🌊 Logged at least 6 dive sessions
🌊 Ability to swim and possession of an appropriate certification (e.g. SSI Freediver, AIDA 2 or equivalent),
🌊 Completion of online training materials provided by the SSI organization and passing the online theory exam prior to the course.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive an international Advanced Freediver certificate, confirming your skills and qualifications to dive up to 30m.

Scuba diving is a recreational sport available to almost everyone.
If your health is in good shape, you most likely do not need permission from a doctor, but nevertheless in some special cases it may be necessary.

Familiarize yourself with the training materials that we will make available to you through the MySSI app.
Remember, the prerequisite for taking the practical classes is to pass the online theory part! -

Arrive 30 minutes before the class start time and report to the front desk to complete the documents.

The first part of the course is a repetition of the knowledge gained from the training materials in the MySSI application.
The instructor will discuss the most important topics.
Don’t be afraid to ask him questions!

The second part of the course is practice:
– Briefing
– Presentation of exercises
– Diving
Tell the instructor if you need repetition of exercises or if something is unclear.
Your safety is most important to us! -
If your schedule calls for another block of classes (second theory + second dive) you can rest for 20 minutes.

If the class is over make sure you understand what the next steps of the training are.
