During the training you will go through theory and practice that will prepare you to dive to 40 meters with full awareness, control and refined technique. Upon completion of the course, you will receive an international Performance Freediver certificate.

The Performance Freediver course is advanced training for experienced freedivers who want to increase body awareness, improve technique, and achieve maximum depth under controlled conditions. This is an intensive program of development – physical and mental – conducted under the supervision of a certified instructor.

What does the course include?
🌊 Four days of theoretical and practical training under controlled Deepspot conditions,

🌊 Exhalation diving (FRC diving)
🌊Statics
🌊 Dynamics
🌊 Free Immersion
🌊 Fixed-ballistic diving
🌊 Pressure equalization with the Mouthfill technique
🌊 Perfecting emergency techniques
🌊 Training materials provided on the SSI organization’s website
🌊 Freediving equipment included (mask, snorkel, fins).
Prerequisites:
🌊 Logged a minimum of 30 dive sessions,
🌊 Possession of the appropriate certification (SSI Advanced Freediver, AIDA 3 or equivalent),
🌊 Completion of online training materials provided by SSI and passing the online theory exam prior to the course.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive an international SSI Performance Freediver certificate, confirming your skills and qualifications for advanced deep diving.

Arrive 30 minutes before the class start time and report to the front desk to complete the documents.

The first part of the course is a repetition of the knowledge gained from the training materials in the MySSI application.
The instructor will discuss the most important topics.
Don’t be afraid to ask him questions! -
The second part of the course is practice:
– Briefing
– Presentation of exercises
– Diving
Tell the instructor if you need repetition of exercises or if something is unclear.
Your safety is most important to us! -
If your schedule calls for another block of classes (second theory + second dive) you can rest for 20 minutes.
