DEEPSPOT FREE 40M
A course for people who hold an SSI Advanced Freediver certificate(or its equivalent from another SSI-recognized organization) and are interested in developing freediving skills.
Upon completion of the DEEPSPOT FREE 40M program, you will be certified as an SSI Performance Freediver.
Deepspot for freediving has open water status, so we can provide you with full training to ensure you have the knowledge necessary to safely dive in open water to a depth of 40 meters.

PRODUCT DETAILS
DEEPSPOT FREE 40M includes theory classes, stretching (on full inhalation as well as after exhalation using Reverse Packs), as well as 7 diving sessions during which you will deepen your knowledge and improve your freediving skills.

Remember that you must pass the online theoretical part of the course in order to participate in the practical classes! -
Fill out the Deepspot user statement and medical form online
Go to the form -
Arrive 30 minutes before the class start time and report to the front desk to complete the documents.

The first part of the course is a revision of the knowledge gained from the training materials in the MySSI application.
The instructor will discuss the most important topics.
Don’t be afraid to ask him questions! -
The second part of the course is practice:
– Briefing
– Presentation of exercises
– Diving
Tell the instructor if you need to repeat the exercises or if anything is unclear.
Your safety is most important to us! -
If your schedule calls for another block of classes (second theory + second dive) you can rest for 20 minutes.

If the classes are over, make sure you understand what the next steps of the training look like.
