FREEDIVING CLINIC is a THREE-DAY workshop with Agnieszka Kalska – world record holder in monoplane swimming and Polish record holder in STA in Deepspot!
TOPICS:
– free movement technique: CWT, FIM, CNF
– conscious compensation – the difference between the “Frenzel” and “Mouthfilm” methods
– mental training of a freediver
– practical tips for freediving training

“DRY” SESSIONS INCLUDE:
– breathing exercises
– Exercises that promote stress-free blood pressure equalization
– relaxation session

THE 4 SESSIONS IN THE WATER WILL INCLUDE:
– rope dives to a depth of 45m
– “Frenzel and Mouthfill” practical exercises
– technical elements: takeoff, freefall, turnaround
– relaxation in water
– mental training during static (STA)

Dodatkowo każdy uczestnik uzyska personalną videoanalizę stylu i indywidualne wskazówki.
